Terms of service
Shopping with Pawtala
These terms apply to purchases from Pawtala. For questions about an order or these terms, contact support@pawtala.com.
Products and digital resources
Product pages describe what is included with each purchase. WiggleChase is a physical interactive dog toy; its included starter guide is a digital PDF. Standalone digital workbooks are supplied electronically and are not printed books.
Use physical products according to the supplied instructions and suitability guidance. Supervise interactive pet play and stop using a toy if it becomes loose or damaged. Pawtala guides provide general educational information and do not replace individual veterinary or training advice.
Prices and checkout
Check the selected currency, products, quantities and delivery address before placing your order. The checkout displays the amount payable, including applicable discounts and any taxes collected at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment options available at checkout.
If we discover an availability, description or pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you to arrange a resolution, which may include cancellation and a refund. This does not limit your applicable consumer rights.
Shipping and returns
Physical orders include free Standard Shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary. Please read our shipping policy for delivery information and our return and refund policy for the 7-day return request window and help with faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
Digital delivery
Digital files are made available after purchase. Keep your download details for your own use. If you cannot access a file, contact us with your order number so we can help.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer laws. Where a mandatory local right gives you greater protection, that right takes precedence.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
