Can I leave my dog alone with it?
Stay nearby and supervise every session. Put the toy away after play. Stop if your dog begins sustained chewing, shreds the rope or tries to open the shell.
Is it a chew toy?
WiggleChase is an interactive chase toy, not an indestructible chew. Inspect the shell, rope and closures before each use, and remove it if any part becomes loose or damaged.
How do I charge and care for it?
Follow the instructions supplied with your exact model for charging, controls and cleaning. Keep the charging area dry and away from your dog. Do not assume the toy is waterproof or submerge it.
What if my dog is unsure at first?
Switch it off and give them space. Let them investigate at their own pace. If they seem worried, stop and try another suitable activity. The free guide includes a gradual introduction routine.
